Privacy

This site is run by AVK International FZE, which operates the Still Hope brand (“we”). We keep this simple and collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Your email address, only if you type it into the sign-up form to get the free cards, or into the course waitlist form.
  • Your update preference: whether you ticked the optional, unchecked-by-default box asking for occasional updates.
  • Nothing else on purpose. We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.

Where it is stored

The sign-up form is handled by Netlify Forms, part of Netlify, Inc., the service that hosts this website. Your email is stored in our Netlify account. Like any web host, Netlify also processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

How we use it

  • To give you the free resource you asked for,
  • if you joined the course waitlist, to tell you when the Still Hope 4-Week Course opens, and
  • only if you ticked the optional updates box, to send occasional Still Hope updates (new studies, the book, gentle encouragement). If you didn’t tick it, we won’t add you to any update list.

We never sell or rent your email, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services that help us run this list. If we move our list to an email-sending service (for example MailerLite), we will update this page to name it.

Unsubscribe and deletion

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to tatianalibreroscortes@gmail.com. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the email we hold, and we will do so promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days. If you didn’t tick the updates box, we use your email only to deliver the free resource, and the same rule applies: we keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, then delete it within 30 days.

Purchases

If you buy the 7-Day Study, checkout is handled by Payhip, which processes your payment and shares your name, email and order details with us so we can deliver your purchase. Books bought on Amazon are handled by Amazon under its own policies.

Children

This site and its sign-up are for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please don’t sign up or buy.
